But first, an apology…

The Cherry Token sale was originally scheduled to occur the 21st of December 2021. In the hours leading up to this time, our development team identified a flaw in our system which may have caused issued with the normal operations of the platform had we not addressed it. We therefore decided to take an abundance of caution and delay the Cherry Network IDO by 24 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The Cherry Token Public Token Sale

At Seedling we are very excited to be one of the platforms hosting the upcoming Cherry initial DEX offering (IDO). The IDO will be taking place on the Seedling launchpad at 9:00 (UTC) on December 22nd 2021. The IDO is run on a first-come, first-served system for everyone whitelisted through website.

Cherry Token ($CHER) is the ecosystem’s native token designed to empower the Cherry platform and foster a mutually beneficial relationship between investors, developers, and node operators. $CHER has a total supply of 600M tokens, of which 86.55M will be circulating at launch.

$CHER has an initial public price of $0.036 USD thereby resulting in an initial circulating market cap of $3.11 million USD.

Stakers can expect to earn about 35% APY for staking $CHER and validating transactions on the network.

Participating in the token sale on Seedling

The Cherry Network Initial DEX Offering (IDO) will occur on December 22, 9:00 (UTC) on the Seedling launchpad.

Users who have registered in the whitelist until 3 hours before the token sale will be able to participate.

Deadline for whitelisting is Wednesday, December 22, 06:00 UTC and the IDO will last from Wednesday, December 22, 9:00 UTC to Thursday, December 22, 8:59 UTC.

Whitelisted participants are eligible to purchase $CHER at the Public IDO price of $0.036 BUSD per $CHER. The token can be purchased in allotments between $50 USD and $1,000 USD on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tokens purchased at IDO are not subject to vesting and will be 100% unlocked at TGE. However, Cherry will have anti-dumping mechanisms in place such as high-yield staking to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

Users will be able to invest through the main stablecoins through their preferred network thanks to Seedling’s unique cross chain technology.

How do I know if I’m whitelisted?

You’ll be able to tell from the interface starting from 3 hours before the start of the IDO. If “Your Allocation” is not “None” (but rather a dollar amount) you are whitelisted (and can thus contribute up to your allocation).
